It arrived fine and the outside of it looks mostly like pictures. Description should've been better is all. The description didn't mention that the flowers are very very loose and need fixing. Plus that there's a horrible floral smell seeped into the velvet and the velvet barely being glued in.

It got here pretty quickly once shipped which was awesome, the toy looks fantastic!! It smells gross though. In the words of my child, "like a belly button and vomit and then our dog farted on it." But we will work on that aspect ourselves.

Wow! Interesting...I've never had anyone say an item had an odor. Items are all cleaned and placed in a tote. I'm happy to have you return the item for a full refund
