Buyer was very happy with free shipping because of issue with glass display case and a two day shipping delay because of it.. But rather a delay and bad review, then a broken item....

We are sorry you where not happy, but we did communicate the issue and your refund was sent very timely. A offer was sent for the item to be sent to you for free, when it comes back into inventory and there was no reply... Again sorry your unhappy.

Never send a photograph without protecting it by placing it in a poly-sleeve, & always place STURDY stiffeners, whose dimensions meet or exceed the photo & board, on either side of the item..

Hello, We are happy to hear your issues and address them, we have reached out to made sure the product was not damaged and we have yet to get a reply. It was fully insured and packaged very well in stiff cardboard container with side wall stiffeners in a water proof pack. We have all standards we follow, sorry yours where not meet. Please send these kind of requests before items are shipped. No can meet your standards, if the seller does not know what they are.
